With more than 36 years of experience in practicing civil engineering, Gary brings exceptional expertise to forensic civil and traffic engineering investigations. His work focuses on analyzing roadway and drainage design, traffic control systems, pedestrian and bicycle facilities, ADA compliance, pavement conditions, construction practices, and maintenance to determine how these elements influence safety and contribute to incidents.
